JL Solutant Limited is committed to the quality of its products. Each device is rigorously tested for quality and performance to ensure it meets our exact specifications. Defective products are extremely rare.

Any Starlette branded product or accessories contained in the original packaging is covered against defects in materials and workmanship when used in accordance with the Starlette user manuals, technical specifications and other Starlette published guidelines.

The device is covered by a ONE-YEAR manufacturer’s warranty from the date of your original purchase. This means if you experience issues within 1-year of purchase, Starlette will replace your product free of charge. Starlette will ONLY discuss your request once the serial number on the device is visible, clear, not damaged and have been registered on the website.

If you need to implement your warranty, please email us. Name, Shipping address, Phone number, Product to be returned, Description of the issue you are experiencing with your device, Proof of purchase (A copy or image of your proof of purchase from an authorized seller), Serial number of your device are the elements that have to include in the email.

Important:
The JL Solutant Limited Warranty terms and conditions shall not apply to consumer law claims.

The warranty shall not cover the following condition:

1. any consumable items / parts supplied with the Warranty Goods such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has
occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

2. cosmetic damage of the Warranty Goods, including but not limited to scratches, dents unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

3. damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized alteration / modification, improper handling or operation, improper connection to voltage supply, repair, or attempted repair of the Warranty Goods by any person not authorized by the Warrantor.

4. damage caused by use with a third-party component or product that does not meet the Starlette Product's specifications.

5. damage caused by operating the Starlette Product outside
the user manual, the technical specifications, or other Starlette Product published guidelines.

6. Deteriorationdue to normal wear and tear.

7. Serial number on the device is damaged or removed from the Starlette Product.

8. The Starlette Product have not been registered. If any Warranty Goods are found to be faulty or defective during the Warranty Period, we will, subject to the relevant terms and conditions of warranty offered by the Warrantor. Starlette shall repair the product using new or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability or replace the product with the same model that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability.

When a product or part is replaced, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes Starlette’s property. A replacement part or product or a repaired Starlette Product assumes the remaining warranty of the original Starlette Product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you.

Liability
Any liability we do have for losses you suffer is strictly limited to direct losses that were reasonably foreseeable in which case our liability shall be limited in each case to a sum equal to the price paid by you for the products, in respect of which any such damage or loss arises. This limitation of our liability does not affect any of your statutory rights. All warranties, conditions and other terms not set out in this warranty document are excluded from the Starlette’s warranty. As a result, JL Solutant Limited does not make any other promises, conditions, or warranties about the service other than set out in this warranty document. JL Solutant Limited is not responsible for damage which is not Starlette’s fault exclude death or personal injury, fraud or gross negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded as a matter of law. In case of disputes, the decision of JL Solutant Limited will reserve the right of final decision.
