Where any valid claim in respect of any of the products which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the Goods is notified to us in accordance with these Conditions, we shall be entitled to replace the products or refund, but Starlette shall have no further liability to you after the warranty period. The extent of liability in respect of any Warranty Goods during the Warranty Period shall be limited to the extent and scope of warranty offered by the Warrantor. For the avoidance of doubt, we shall not be liable for any fault, damage, or defect of any non-Warranty Goods at any time save or be liable for any fault, damage, or defect of any Warranty Goods after the expiration of the Warranty Period.
