For all purchases under $800*, a shipping fee of $40 will be charged; for purchases of $800* or more, free shipping.

The above shipping fee does not include delivery to buildings without elevators, additional delivery services caused by inability to put in elevators or going up and down stairs, etc. Additional handling charges apply to the above additional delivery services. Delivery Time

Normally it takes 3 - 5 working days.

After the order is paid, if you need to change the delivery address/phone number/scheduled delivery time, etc., you need to contact SF Express by yourself.

Remarks: The above time is based on Hong Kong business days and does not include orders for pre-ordered products.

Shipping Instructions

• If the customer changes the delivery method and address after placing the order, he/she needs to contact SF Express to change it, and SF Express may charge the customer additional fees.
• Please confirm the product options and quantity before purchasing. Once the payment is successful, the product content/addition/order cannot be changed.
• If the customer refuses to accept the order after it has been shipped, additional costs and shipping charges will be deducted from the payment.

Your order will be shipped by SF Express. For orders placed by SF Express, please enter the waybill number on the SF Express official website to check the delivery status, or contact the SF Express customer service hotline at +852 2730 0273.

Remark:

If an order is returned due to wrong address, PO Box, hotel address, failure to deliver, refusal to provide a copy of ID, failure to comply with customs policy, or the recipient rejects the package, we will charge the customer additional shipping costs to re-deliver the order , previous shipping charges will not be refunded.
