Refund and Returns
Starlette only accepts returns for full refunds if the seals are intact. Your order must be returned unopened, unused, in its original packaging and in its original condition, enclosing proof of purchase. You may contact admin@starlette.co within 7 days, please keep the box and products so that we can begin return process for you. You will also need to return any free items that were delivered to you
with your order. Upon receipt of the returned item, your purchase will be refunded. Refunds will be made to your original payment method and, depending on your payment issuers policies, should be credited to your account within 10 days.
In case of defects and damages caused during deliveries, customer shall email us at admin@starlette.co
within 7 days with a digital image of the damage or defect. The damaged/defective device must be returned to Starlette for inspection before any final decision can be made about the state of the product and the next step to be taken.
Starlette will ONLY discuss your request on refund once the serial number on the device is exactly like the serial number that you have on the original box that you have got with the device and is visible, clear, and not damaged.
Starlette is available worldwide. Depending on your delivery address, you will be charged in where you are based. Our prices exclude shipping cost, you may be charged import duty depending on where you are based. Get in touch if you have more

All shipping, handling, customs or duty cost incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Starlette will not pay any shipping,
handling, customs or duty costs when shipping to the customer, or when the customer returns the product back to us.
If products are purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly for information on their return policy. For wholesale customers, please note that
all sales are final.
